AAAEA-Dallas hosted its annual member appreciation dinner on Friday, April 5 at Fenjani Mediterranean Grill. Guests enjoyed authentic Mediterranean food, and live music played by Sarmad Haddad. With more than 130 people in attendance, the event provided great opportunities to reconnect with old friends and make new ones in the expanding Arab Engineers and Architects community.
During this event, AAAEA-Dallas Chapter President, Ammar Qashshu presented awards to: Mr. Jamal Gharbieh, AAAEA-Dallas Chapter’s president (2016-2018), Mr. Majed Al-Ghafry, assistant city manager of Dallas, and Mr. Naser Abusaad, principal at Civil Associates, to show gratitude for their leadership, and continuous support towards our chapter. Mr. Ali Alradaydeh, head of the outreach committee, presented awards to: Dr. Khaled Abdulghani, Dr. Costa Mazidje, and Hasan Qandil, to thank them for their contribution during the national Educational conference held on Nov. 2018.
