
Dr. Hassan Qandil
Dr. Hassan Qandil is a clinical assistant professor of Mechanical Engineering at the University of North Texas UNT. Dr. Qandil also serves as a senior consultant for energy efficiency at EOS Labs. Prior to his current roles, he worked for more than seven years as a maintenance engineer and a wireline field engineer for international oilfield corporations in Jordan, Malaysia, Germany, UAE and India. Dr. Qandil received his Ph.D. in Mechanical and Energy Engineering from the University of North Texas, along with a Master’s Degree in Energy Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Jordan. He is also a certified Professional Engineer (PE) in the state of Texas, and a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) by the Association of Energy Engineers.
